Corona-19 Virus Updates:

Dear Residents:

At this time, for the safety of our community, we have been advised NOT to re-open the pools, tennis court, shuffle board, clubhouse, guest suite and fitness center.  Please be assured that we are in contact with our insurance company and our attorney, to discuss the necessary guidelines we will be expected to follow. We will continue to update you on the progress and will re-open these amenities as soon as possible.

Please be aware that while the laundry facilities open you are using them at your own discretion/risk.

The CDC recommends no crowds larger than 10 people in an area and to practice social distance of 6 feet and to wear a mask.

We also would like to remind everyone that they are recommending frequent hand washing use hand sanitizer. Residents are encouraged to bring their own wipes to wipe down the machines they are using. We do understand that this is a major inconvenience for everyone, but we all need to do our best to stay safe during this world wide pandemic.

Up coming Board of Directors Meeting:

The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday June 10, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the clubhouse. At this we are not sure if this will be closed meeting for Board members only if so you will have capability to call into the meeting. More information to follow. If you have questions to ask the Board please let Property Manager know in advance. She will pass on the questions and get back with you after the meeting.

Projects:

We continue to pressure wash the sidewalks and replace rotten wooden steps. We will be trimming the Palm trees.

Upcoming Projects:

At this time all major projects have been put on hold during the Corona-19 Virus pandemic. When we are going to start back up residents will be notified in advance.

Recycling:

It has been asked of the Board’s why we don’t have recycling at the Four Seasons. Years ago we did and people would put non-recyclable items in the bins and then Waste Pro would not pick it up. For awhile The City of Winter Park had drop off sites for recycle but they have stopped that. Other countries used to purchase the US recycles but now they no longer do, so now must recycles just wind up in the county landfills.

One of the Board members uses a compost to eliminate some of his trash and he wanted to pass on the information from the City of Winter Park regarding their composting program. It looks like they’ve begun requiring residents to attend a training class in order to receive the composter, but it is still all free.  Signup is required, here.

Safety:

The Winter Park Police Department is offering a S.A.F.E (an acronym for Self-Defense Awareness & Familiarization Exchange) two hour free program for women providing educational awareness, crime-victim prevention designed by the National Self-Defense Institute.  Any female 14 and older who is interested in attending can sign up on the website WPPD.org. On the main page it is listed on the bottom right-hand side under “feature programs”. See the links below.

Sentry Management has changed how to process the payments. In response to homeowner feedback making payments should be simple and all payment methods should be made on one website. Sentry Management is not a bank or credit card processing company, they have switched to RevoPay who is an industry-leading single-source payment processor. Homeowners will no longer have to go to multiple payment website to choose which method of payment they want to use to pay their assessment. LOCAL EXERCISE FACILITY:

The Winter Park Community Center  Fitness Area features state-of-the-art Nautilus-strength and cardio equipment, along with free weights and cable stations. The fitness area is open 7 days a week and our FitPass can be purchased on a monthly or annual basis. It is located at 721 W New England Ave. Contact is 407-599-3275.
