The plumbing project is starting back up again the next buildings to start are the 600, 700, 900 and 3400. This will complete all the one bedroom units. The Board will be deciding on which buildings to start after these.
We are continuing with the clubhouse renovation and it should be completed soon. Once completed we will be having an open house for all residents to come and take a look.
The paving project as been approved with paving company Hall Company. They are working on pulling the permit to start. Look for upcoming notices letting you know of startup dates and areas that need to be cleared of cars. The Association will have a tow truck on site during this project and if necessary will be towing cars at the homeowner’s expense. We understand that this will be a difficult task for some of you but we will do our best to help accommodate all residents the best we can.

Winter Park Police:
The Winter Park Police Department is offering a S.A.F.E (an acronym for Self-Defense Awareness & Familiarization Exchange) two hour free program for women providing educational awareness, crime-victim prevention designed by the National Self-Defense Institute. Any female 14 and older who is interested in attending can sign up on the website WPPD.org. On the main page it is listed on the bottom right-hand side under “feature programs”. See the links below.

Sentry Management has changed how to process the payments. In response to homeowner feedback making payments should be simple and all payment methods should be made on one website. Sentry Management is not a bank or credit card processing company, they have switched to RevoPay who is an industry-leading single-source payment processor. Homeowners will no longer have to go to multiple payment website to choose which method of payment they want to use to pay their assessment. The City of Winter Park stated that there is no recycling locations to drop off recyclable items.
LOCAL EXERCISE FACILITY:
The Winter Park Community Center Fitness Area features state-of-the-art Nautilus-strength and cardio equipment, along with free weights and cable stations. The fitness area is open 7 days a week and our FitPass can be purchased on a monthly or annual basis. It is located at 721 W New England Ave. Contact is 407-599-3275.
